I specialize in environmental geography with a focus on bats and conservation. As a Ph.D. candidate I’m contributing to the BatTrend project, focusing on novel techniques for bat monitoring. 

My research involves two key methodologies: environmental DNA (eDNA), collected from various surfaces and air, as well as long-term acoustic monitoring using passive bat detectors. By testing different approaches, I aim to develop methods suitable for different environments and behavioral groups, and to provide insights into bat population dynamics.
