Weerasinghe, has been accepted for publication by the journal Frontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics - Mathematical Biology. It shows how automatically deriving coupled ordinary differential equations from simulations of an agent-based cancer model allows the mathematical analysis of the agent-based model's behavior.
