Rostock, April 8, 2025 – On Monday, a stationary nitrogen tank was successfully installed at the chemistry gas storage facility on Albert-Einstein-Straße 27. This marks the end of the challenging situation caused by the previously used mobile tank.

The new installation significantly improves the reliability and efficiency of nitrogen supply, particularly benefiting the research group led by Prof. Dr. Corzilius and several other users on the Südstadt campus. The new setup ensures greater planning security and operational safety in handling liquid nitrogen.
