From 9 to 13 June 2025, the international Summer School on Compliance Management took place in Lublin, Poland, as part of the EU project EUComplianceM4UA (Project no. 101179706, ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CBHE). Participants included lecturers, researchers and university administrators from Ukraine, Portugal and the Czech Republic. The objective was to provide practical tools and modern teaching methods for effective, ethics-based compliance education – while encouraging exchange on leadership, digitalisation and cross-border collaboration in higher education.
Programme Highlights:
Day 1: Opening session and contributions from Ukrainian universities on topics such as ESG, internal control, regulatory reporting and compliance culture.
Day 2: A cybersecurity business game presented by Jan Vašek (UCT Prague); digital learning workshop with Anna Fomenko; guided city tour through Lublin.

This Summer School not only provided targeted academic training, but also strengthened European–Ukrainian academic networks and stimulated innovation in digital and practice-oriented compliance teaching.
