Career coaching for international master students

Students sit in a bright seminar room with large windows arranged around rectangular tables in a U-shape. Two female presenters stand at the front beside a table, presenting a coaching workshop titled “How to apply?” on two large screens. The participants listen attentively and take notes.

During the career coaching for the Master International Management, international students gained practical advice on the German job market.

Topics included application standards, job portals, unsolicited applications, and the use of AI.

Guest speakers were Katharina Rotter (RSI / Career Services), Yasmin Shabani (recruiter & alumna), and Hans-Martin Helbig (Head of Order, Safety and Road Traffic Department in the District of Northwest Mecklenburg). The session provided essential guidance for career entry in Germany.
