Together with the Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and Rostock University Medicine, we cordially invite you to the Konrad-Zuse-Haus on February 26, 2025 to present innovative developments in artificial intelligence.

On AI Day, we would like to give you an insight into how artificial intelligence is used in medicine and what advantages the use of AI brings for daily work in hospitals and science. We will be presenting examples from the University Medical Center Rostock and the Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Rostock, among others. These include imaging, dementia and biomaterial research, genome research and the visualization of large amounts of data. Quality criteria for the sensible use of AI can provide indications for the selection of the best methods for practical application.
The AI4SmartTechnologies research initiative was founded together with Rostock University Medical Center with the aim of developing AI healthcare technologies for and with patients in MV at university level and transferring them into state-wide solutions and commercial applications.

The event is supported as part of the Partner Days of the Digital Change Unit of the Ministry of the Interior, Building and Digitalization of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
