In our hub, Dr. Maki Ikegami, Director of the Campus Sustainability Network Japan (CAS-Net Japan) and Research Administrator at the Hiroshima University, will first provide an overview into CAS-Net Japan and showcase how Japanese Universities are implementing sustainability through practical examples. In a second step, we would like to share experiences i.e. on how sustainability networks can attract member universities and improve student engagement in local, national and international sustainability projects. We hope that this first exchange could be the starting point for future collaboration between CAS-Net and our network!
