Vision & Mission - Your Golden Circle for founding

A clear vision and mission are the foundation of every successful start-up. But how do you find out what your “why?” is? In this interactive workshop, we use Simon Sinek's Golden Circle concept to work out the central motivation behind your start-up idea.

You learn:

  • How to define your “Why?” - the deeper motivation behind your idea
  • How to derive your vision and mission from this
  • How to formulate your “How?” and “What?” to gain clarity for your next steps

Whether you are still fine-tuning your idea or already have a clear goal in mind - this workshop will help you put your start-up on a solid foundation.
