Choosing the right legal form and a basic understanding of tax law are crucial for a successful start to self-employment. In this workshop, you will get a practical overview of the most important legal forms and tax basics that you should know as a founder.

You will learn:

  • What legal forms there are and which one might make sense for you
  • What tax obligations you will face (VAT, income tax, trade tax, etc.)
  • How to avoid common mistakes right from the start
